Hello and thanks for your work on this project.

I am not seeing the external editor icon in the list of icons/names when
I configure the toolbar in Thunderbird, even though I do see other
add-ons.

Any ideas?

 I finally noticed that the toolbar icon is only visible from the EDITING window,
not from the main Thunderbird window.  Sorry for not reading the instructions
carefully!

I am not, however, getting the modified text in my compose window after saving
OR after saving and closing my external editor.

Any ideas appreciated.
