Maybe your problem was caused by a mistake I made in the 0.6.5.1 (which I released in a hurry yesterday morning). You may try the new 0.6.5.2.

Yes, I recently added the message body as a parameter but did not update my notifier examples (yet).

Check in the script, it's pretty obvious where to replace 7 by 8.

It didn't work to get it installed for some reason.

Windows XP can't open the file.

I installed Thunderbird 1.5.0.5 and Thunderbird Tray 1.2

How do I install Yamb ?

Thank you.

Hi,

I just downloaded it again from here and installed it on my 1.5.0.5 Thunderbird without trouble.
I can't explain how to install it more clearly than I already did on my  Usage page (see link in a previous post in the current topic). This is the standard mozilla extension install proccess. Would you have a problem with your download application ?

Hi all ,

Well, I didn't know you had to go to Thunderbird to install the extention.
You need to download the file and then just select the file and click "Open" and it will show as an extention.
Then you just need to click "Install now". It will tell you it will be installed on-e you restart Thunderbird.

Then you need to install a notifier. I tried the Thunder Notify first , but I didn't like it that well.

Now I installed mNotify. It works , but only when I have Thunderbird open.

Anyone know if it will work when I receive mail ?

I get two notifiers , one from Thunderbird itself and also from mNotify.

How do I only set one of them ?

Greetings ,

My thunderbird still runs Yamb properly when iconized...

To remove the standard thunderbird notifier... hum... have you at least looked on-e in Thunderbird's preferences ?

Preferences -> tab General -> uncheck 'show an alert'.

cheers,
