active  Topic # 345  External Editor not invoked when "Compose messages in HTML format" is used

For accounts where "Compose messages in HTML format" is checked/enabled in the "Composition & Addressing" settings, Ctrl-E does not invoke the external editor.

Toggling this option (disabling it) makes it work as expected.

I am using "gvim -f" as editor, with Thunderbird 17.0.3 (Ubuntu Precise) and the latest version of "External Editor" (1.0.0).
