After check permissions, create ipl, i can open a libray (link checked) but no album (nor photo) appears (still 0)

in /var/log/http.log :
stat /Users/..../Pictures/iPhoto Library/AlbumData.xml no such file or directory
this file exist and contain some albums and pictures all with wr -wr-wr permissions

any reason ?

What 'ipl' link are you talking about ???
This link doesn't exist anymore since version 1.0.

You must define your libS (abs. path) in the admin pages.

There is no issue with blank char in the lib names.
And there should not be any problem either with the library date, as long as it's an iPhoto 4 or greater library.

I still don't understand exactly what's happening. Maybe you can give my your wipha URL so that I have a look on it (as well as the wipha admin login/password). By email, of course.

Yes, the problem is the librairy version: 2

WiPhA only supports iPhoto 4, 5 and 6.
