i don't see how i can access this from another computer. is there a URL that i can tell people to go to? in that case, i am sure i will have to configure my router. is there anywhere i can look for help on this?

 yes, in the help html pages which I took care to write (in the dmg). About the router configuration, yes, you must configure it, you'll find some explanation on google (forwarding port 80 tcp/udp).
